The Valeport Model 801 is an electromagnetic flow meter designed to measure water speed in open-channel environments with exceptional accuracy. Its flat sensor design makes it particularly well suited to shallow flows and confined spaces. The small sensing volume allows reliable measurement even in shallow water or hard-to-reach locations.

Calibration
Instruments are calibrated up to 1 m/s at Valeport's facility; higher speeds are calculated through linear extrapolation. Custom high-speed calibration is available on request.
