Drill'o CPT

The product of Royal Eijkelkamp's unmatched experience in both drilling and CPT, the Drill'o CPT is the simplest way on the market to turn your drill rig into a full-capacity CPT machine. The CPT unit is mounted between the drill head and the drill pipe, allowing both drilling and CPT to be performed efficiently with the same rig in the same hole.

The Drill'o CPT is not a downhole tool for making single CPT pushes; it is a system that enables genuinely continuous cone penetration testing from the surface down to the point of refusal.

Unlike conventional CPT rigs, if refusal occurs due to a hard layer, drilling can continue through the obstruction and CPT testing resumed. When sampling is required, the Drill'o CPT can also provide CPT data between sampling runs.
