LRS 275 Duo
A large DUO sonic drill rig combining a 50K LargeRotoSonic head with a four-speed rotary head.
The LRS 275 DUO is the large version of our CRS family. It includes a powerful 50K LargeRotoSonic drill head together with a head offering four rotation speeds; both heads are mounted on a hydraulic side-shift. The LRS 275 DUO increases efficiency by boosting drilling speed and capacity. The DUO option enables sonic drilling through all overburden and hard rock; for deep drilling into rock, the 4-speed head allows diamond drilling with the same rig and can be positioned next to the sonic head, moving easily sideways along the borehole.
The LRS 275 DUO is a powerful, rugged machine usable across a very wide range of applications: mineral sampling, environmental testing, geotechnical sampling and testing, geo-construction drilling and seismic drilling. It is available in Pro and Royal variants.
